The release of the book  Pussweek: A Cat's Guide to Feline Empowerment  unfortunately coincided with the onset of the Covid-19 pandemic. So to promote the product, I came up with the concept of a cat conference call, which pretty much anyone in lockdown could relate to. The essence of the Pussweek brand is that all of the content is based around cats' perspective (No humans allowed). So I wanted to develop a promotional video in the tone of the book without being too anthropomorphic, i.e. "keeping it cat".

I wrote the script, sourced the voice actors, edited the audio, sourced and edited countless hours worth of stock video, and put it all together – with careful timing and animation – to emulate the effect of a team of cats meeting up to discuss their work. Each video was looped and embedded separately to synchronise perfectly with the audio.
